Well, here I go!! This is something I've been considering and kicking around for a while. I have been very resistant to the idea of a blog simply because my life is not very exciting, so I'm not sure that anyone will be interested in it. But in the end, this is really for my benefit. I need a way to journal, but also put pictures in and remember events in our lives. I've never been great at writing in a journal, but I type a lot faster than I write, so maybe, just maybe this will help me to be better at keeping a journal.

Another reason for this blog is that we happen to live two hours away from family, a distance that is destined to get longer in the near future, as we face the reality of being relocated by my husband's company, this is something we've known about since he started with them three years ago, we don't know where or when it will be, but we do know it's coming. In fact, I'm surprised we've been here this long, I thought we'd have been moved before now, but we love it here and have made wonderful friends, so I'm not complaining about any additional time we're given. Our families (especially the grandmas and grandpas) see a lot less of our kids then they would like, so hopefully this will be a way for them to feel closer to us when the miles between us get to be too much. My parents are leaving in two months to serve their second mission for the Church and I want them to be able to stay connected because I think I was probably the worst letter writer of all their kids last time they were gone.
As you can see, the title of my blog is pretty self explanatory, I am totally outnumbered. Four boys and a husband, there's a lot of testosterone flowing in my house, but I wouldn't have it any other way. What woman wouldn't want to be surrounded by total handsomeness every day? My boys are wonderful and each one is a blessing, and I feel like the luckiest girl in the world, even without a daughter in my life. I always tell my sisters that when their daughters are driving them crazy, Aunt Sara can spend some time with them and do girl stuff for a while.

I'm not promising stellar writing abilities, or daily posts, but I will try to make my blog interesting and fun and informative. Most of all, I will post pictures so everyone can enjoy the fun, the excitement, and cuteness that having 4 boys can be. Enjoy!
